A biography of international Thai animal scientist, Prof Charan Chantalakhana, has recently been published. Among his many accomplishments, Prof Charan was a supporter of Asian cooperation in research, a member CGIAR’s elite TAC, Vice Chair of ILRI and recipient of the prestigious Umali Award.
